At Aromaid, your satisfaction and safety matter to us. Because our nasal clips and essential oils are personal-care and inhaled wellness products, this policy balances your peace of mind with the hygiene standards these items require. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Our return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Items eligible for return
We accept returns of products that are:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging, and
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used nasal clips and essential oil bottles cannot be returned or exchanged, as these products are designed for personal use and direct inhalation. This is consistent with standard practice for personal-care and wellness items.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
How to start a return
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return (and a photo, if the item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond with instructions within 3 business days.
Return shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
- For unopened items you simply no longer want, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Because our products are low-cost, we’re also happy to discuss a replacement or store credit as a simpler alternative.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or approve your damaged/defective claim), we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take a few additional days to appear.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used nasal clips and essential oil bottles (hygiene)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original, sealed condition (unless damaged or defective on arrival)
