We want your Aromaid products to reach you quickly and safely. Below are the details of how we process and ship your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
Shipping rates
- FREE shipping on all orders over $20
- Flat-rate shipping of $5.99 on orders $20 and under
Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [12:00 PM ET] or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated delivery time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, but we’ll do our best to help if you contact us quickly after ordering.
